NEED HELP BADLY

When i try to use Bukkit Forge it doesnt work for exampe, ill do //wand it will give me a error same thing with /i.

I see tons of servers using factions and things and i really need to be able to do those.

Please help me if you know how to get MCPC to work i have the versions and of bukkit and craft bukkit. Please help me:
