Voltz not starting from 3.0.0 up?

Hello,

 

I'm having issues with my Voltz, as every time I update it to a version of 3.0.0 or higher, it will not open.

 

I go to the Modpack options, and choose the version I wish to update, which at this point is 3.1.2. Once it downloads I press Play, the Launcher disappears, and a small window pops up saying 'CB's DepLoader is setting up your minecraft environment'. Once it is done that, it will close and the Technic Launcher pops up again on the Voltz page. I have made sure that I have upfated my Java and removed all old versions, so I'm at a loss on what to do here.
