Redstone Engines doesn't work

Title: Redstone Engines doesn't work

Version: 3.0.3/3.0.4

OS: Windows XP 32 bit

Java Version: v7 32bit

Description of Problem:

I build on a server a quarry a Pipe and a Refinery and some Redstone Engines and i want to power all this stuff with my Redstone Engines but everytime i turn the Redstone Engine on all this stuff doesn't work. The Quarry doesn't mine. The pump doesn't pump the oil. The Refinery Doesn't turn the oil to Fuel

Because the redstone engine is way to weak. Use at least a steam engine for quarries and pumps. Use redstone engines for obsidian pipes, or wood pipes.

hmm thats bad but i have a new problem that i saw. My Refinery doesn't change the oil in the Left side to Fuel

Because you need to have about 2 combustion engines to get going somewhere quickly with refineries.
