Description of Problem:

When attempting to connect to my Tekkit server, I get the error Connection Lost - End of stream. I'm hosting it through hostedgameservers. As far as I know, I uploaded everything correctly and CHMODed the Tekkit.jar to 744, set the Jar file as Tekkit.jar and started the server.

I think I found the issue with this. I forgot to upload the mod_EE file. But now I'm getting a bad login error when trying to connect to my server.

Try clearing the cache through the options menu in the techniclauncher. If that does'nt work reinstall tekkit.

All problems have actually been resolved. I don't know why the bad login was happening, but it's fixed now (without clearing cache). Thanks though. ^_^

It was the minecraft servers that were fucking up.
