You should probably update to the latest beta of AE2rv2 along with ExtraCells for rv2. You have MineFactoryReloaded and PowerCrystalsCore for 1.6.4. You need to get CoFHCore and MineFactoryReloaded for 1.7.10 from the teamcofh.com website. Address these issues and come back here if you are still having difficulties.
