Thermal expansion mod rejection?

I have recently added Thermal Expansion to my custom modpack server. I have made sure to use the same JAR for both the client and the server. Whenever I try to join though, it gives me an error stating that ThermalFoundation and Thermal Expansion were rejected.

I am unsure of why this is happening. I have tried reinstalling the mods on both server and client side and I have not found a way to fix it.

• Yes. We'll need the API URL or a link to the pack details page.
• Check your server console. It may (should) provide more information about which mods are being rejected for the client. Generally speaking, Forge doesn't really ever get that wrong so if it's complaining about them being mismatched, they are probably mismatched.
