Serious Trouble with the Technic Launcher

Starting about a week and a half ago, I booted up my technic launcher and found no mod packs on it, at all. Then, I tried to install my modpacks back, and I just got error messages and couldn't install them. Now, I uninstalled it and am not able to reinstall it. Please help me, I would really appreciate it

what error messages? You're not giving enough details to work on here. Screenshots would be helpful

logs can be found when clicking the Cog-Wheel button on the top right corner on the launcher window.
If you can't open the launcher the logs can also be found inside %appdata% -> Roaming -> .technic -> logs
