Solder "Error in exception handler"

I had set up Solder on my Raspberry Pi, but this message came : "Error in exception handler" how can I fix the problem?

EDIT: I put debug on : 

Error in exception handler: The stream or file "/var/www/TechnicSolder/app/storage/logs/solderlog-2015-04-03.txt" could not be opened: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /var/www/TechnicSolder/bootstrap/compiled.php:9098
