Issues getting a small modpack to install.

I've spent a good amount of time trying to get the modpack I made to install using Technic, but I keep getting this error:

It always happens at exactly 48% into "downloading mods", and says "Error unzipping a file for the following pack: Mohl's li'l Private Pack, error extracting file mohls-lil-private-pack-1.0.zip, please consult the modpack author."

Use a different URL shortener. Google blocks a ton of crap for no good reason.

It was doing this even before I used the google shortener.

<sigh> I mean that you need to use a different URL shortener because Google is blocking that link and I can't download your archive. I can't evaluate what I can't see.

Please provide your API URL or pack details page. The modpack archive looks fine so I'll need that to do some more tests.

The only thing I can guess is that you aren't properly incrementing/changing your version number in the pack settings page. I'm able to add your pack and run it successfully.
