Finished making modpack, starts as vanilla minecraft

I'm having a problem with the modpack I put together. I had a few problems where I couldn't get it to install while using technic launcher, then I fixed that. It's installed but now it won't even load the mods. I'm sure I did something wrong but could it also be a mod problem? I tested all of the mods together beforehand and they worked just fine. Since I'm new to all of this I don't really know what I'm doing so any help would be appreciated.

That's not a public shared link.  You need to get the public link from your Dropbox site if you want other people to be able to download it.
