Install HELP!

Hello, i am wanting to play tekkit with my friends i go to install it and doesn't complete as i encounter this error..

" Error downloading a file for the following pack: Tekkit

Failed to download http://files.minecraftforge.net/maven/org/scala-lang/scala-library/2.10.2/scala-library-2.10.2.jar 

Please consult the modpack author."

I then manually install the file off that website shown put it in C:\Users\Name\AppData\Roaming\.technic\cache\org\scala-lang\scala-library\2.10.2. 

I install it again with that file in it when it gets up to that again it the file i manually installed is deleted from the scala library folder and comes up with the exact same error above.

logs can be found when clicking the Cog-Wheel button on the top right corner on the launcher window.
If you can't open the launcher the logs can also be found inside %appdata% -> Roaming -> .technic -> logs

Paste the content on pastebin.com or paste.ubuntu.com and give the link.

Nevermind i go on the next day and the error doesnt come up anymore sorry for the inconvenience
