Fireball not coming out of ignition ring

I just made a ignition ring and it won't shoot out a fireball. Help please!

Do you have any fuel or a charged Klein Star in your inventory?

I don't know how to enable it or disable it. I haven't changed the config at all because it is always blank when I try. And I did have fuel when I did it.

It seems to work fine with a Ring of Arcana. So get crafting.
