Tekkit 3.0.4 - People can use machines in protected areas? - WorldGuard

Hello,

I am having a problem were people can enter/use machines and tekkit chests in areas protected by world guard and factions! I need help with this, thanks

alienx's worldguard only covers the breaking of IC2 machines. theres another patch for EE weapons and tools:

I already have that patch...Also is there anyway I can stop this?
