1.6.4 to 1.7.10?

How do I update my Technic Launcher to play 1.7.10?

When I go to play on a friends server on Tekkit or Attack of the B-Team it says I need my minecraft client to be 1.7.10, but it continues to open at 1.6.4. I've already tried re installing both. And if Ido need to download a modpack can someone link me a tutorial, or video. Thank you

The latest versions of Tekkit and Attack of the B-Team are both for Minecraft 1.6.4. There are currently no official Technic packs for 1.7.10.
