Java problem?

I'm trying to create a server but I'm getting an error

I got rid of nether ores because I heard that sometimes causes problems but I still get the same error

'java' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

Please help, I think it is telling me I'm missing something related to java.

You need Java SDK, if i remember the name right.

hes already got it running he posted a new topic for every stage of it hes at lol

also u dont need the sdk the jre will do the trick just fine now that jre is 7 when sdk was 7 an jre was 6 thats when you had a problem. but now their both 7 an either work
