Minecraft now looks horrible since installation of Technic launcher

Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit

Java Version: JRE7

Antivirus Program: AVG Free edition

Description of Problem:

Before use of this launcher, Minecraft looked perfectly normal, now, it look distorted and odd, but only since I've started using the launcher, I've mucked around with graphics setting, and in the Nvidia control panel, but nothing is fixing it.

My graphics card is the PNY GTS 450

Hate to say it, but that looks like the normal Minecraft graphics to me. Are you accustomed to using a texture pack or something?

Well, If you look at the water, it's sort of purple, with eclipses all over it, and breaks inbetween blocks.

I fixed it as well, wasn't the launcher, sorry!

I know this is an old thread but i'm having the exact same problem, mind explaining how you fixed it?

It's something about Antialiasing and Mipmap Level. Check the Optifine menu in-game and play around with those two settings.

The guy hasn't been seen since July 19 so I doubt he will answer you. It looks like it is not a launcher problem so we likely can't help you. Try updating your graphics drivers and googleing the issue.

I went yo my graphics cards control panel, and made sure that my 3D setting were set to 'Let the 3D application decide.'
