Cant Download The Tekkit(Or Any Modpack) Files

Operating System: Windows 7 ultimate 64 bits

Java Version: 7

Antivirus Program: AVG (Paid version)

Description of Problem:

I know that someone else requested this and got kitty jailed but I have a completely different problem here....

Each time I try and download any modpack(or even vanilla minecraft)the download interrupts,normally saying download failed or connection interrupted.

Now,since I know that my internet has been going stupid lately,I naturely asked my dad,to which he answered that it could be a server problem.But,I Doubt it because many people can download minecraft with no probs.

What do I ask of you?

If you could please,kindly pass me the tecnhic launcher modpack files(or even just tekkit,i'd still be equally grateful),and I once again say,I know that this is against the technic and minecraft "rules" if you want to call it that,but i'm really desperate guys.....I've been trying to download minecraft and tekkit for 5 days now and yet no results...

If you decide not to help me,i'm cool with that,no need to kitten jail me.

But atleast give me help on what to do in this situation

P.S:I bought minecraft,if you want to know.I can give you all proof if needed.

I mean, if your antivirus program has a firewall feature (Which I'm assuming it does), it may be interrupting the download in some way, but again, I'm not sure.
