HELP!!! My mod pack wont work. Forge isn't loading.

I recently created my first mod pack and tried to post it on the technic platform, but evrey time i load my mod pack up it's plain vanilla. Please Help. The direct link is here.   https://copy.com/ewpHl7uaMd92TU2G?download=1. Plz give me advice & help.

I wasn't just making a mild suggestion. We require your API URL or a link to your pack details page in order to provide the proper assistance.

• The contents of your modpack are in a subfolder. The required folders (bin, config, mods) must be at the top level of the folder structure inside the modpack archive.
• The BuildCraft mod file you have in your /mods/ folder is not from a legitimate source. Get the latest version from the mod's website, not from a content stealing scraping site.
• Assuming that's your pack, the pack settings indicate Forge/MC 1.6.4, but the pack contains Forge and a mod for 1.7.10. This needs to be fixed.

Sorry for the inconvenience, and yes http://api.technicpack.net/modpack/awesome8factory is my modpack API URL.

The BuildCraft, and Forge issue should be fixed now. I also got rid of the top folder: minecraft. I downloaded BuildCraft and Forge off the maker's website
