Sever crash

Hello my modpack server keeps crashing and i do not know how to fix it, i know what broke it, Someone used the "archangels ring" from project e and the homing arrow broke the server. Here is the report http://pastebin.com/ijpw89vG

Notice that it said "in most cases". You might be experiencing something slightly different, but since this is likely related to a specific mod you would probably have better results pursuing the issue there.
