can't see any blocks

OS: i don't know what mine is , i gess it meens i use windows 7

Java Version: 7

Description of Problem:

i started a server today and everytime i log onto it all the blocks are white , i can move , hear stuff place stuff , but i can't see anything , no blocks , nor anywhere im going . i have deleted the .techniclauncher folder about 12 times and still no luck
