Download problem for costum modpacks

Every time I try to download a custom mudpack it shows a message which says error to downloading a file for the following modpack (modpack name). Failed to download www.dropbox.com/s/xmq and other stuffs. Please consult mudpack author. Full message in the picture below.

How do I fix this? I have tried to reinstall technical launcher and java but non of it worked.

I get the same error. It means the author really does need to fix the dropbox link. There are many broken and abandoned custom packs, keep looking, or look for recently advertised servers.

it said the same thing for me even with vanilla it keeps saying it for every mod pack what should I do.
