Distribution pipes - Thermal Expansion alternative?

Hey there!

 

So, I'm currently making a system where I need to choose how many of each item is going where; I thought of using Distribution Pipes, but these do not exist in the current tekkit version. Are there any replacements within e.x Thermal Expansion?

You can set the item ducts connected to DSU's holding each crafting material you want, and have redstone wire touching each extraction point and a timer set up with the time it takes to create each item down the line, and just have the ducts send the items on each pulse.
