You can still find it on the new main page. You click on the Tekkit tab on the top right corner of the homepage. Then you go click on Server just on above the video and if you scroll down just a bit, you see the 3.0.4 download.

removed the info and deleted source file. didnt see it back then teh server tab (i kinda perfeer the old site layout ^^;;)
