zane411
I've been toying with the idea of importing the Survival Games 2 map into Tekkit, for use in a much larger project, but I'm afraid I'm just not familiar enough with the process to wrap my head around the weird symptoms I'm getting. Placing the World Save file in the /world/ folder results in a flat grassland at y=12, and eventually an area with the loaded chunks from Survival Games 2. All unexplored chunks are just flatland, useless. I've tried to cut the segments in MCEdit, and save them as a schematic, but when I do so, all I get is a single pillar of air, for some reason, despite MCEdit stating it saved over 600,000,000 blocks. Is there any way at all to do this? I've been pulling my hair out trying to get this working!

fabricator77
http://dinnerbone.com/minecraft/tools/coordinates/ Use that to work out which chunks (.mcr files) you need to copy into an existing (blank) tekkit map. You'll have to edit the edges where the two different maps join, but there are several way to do that.
