How do I Give Fake Users Permissions to Break Blocks (groupmanager?)

I have look nearly everywhere to my knowledge. I need to make it so on my server everyone can place quarries and other block breaking machines, as well as use wind mills etc. I'm running aprivate server just to play with some friends, nothing public. From what I understand I need to change something in groupmanager to fix it? Basically the fake users do not have permission to break blocks. How can I change this with groupmanager so that they do?

I open the groupmanager folder inside there is backup, worlds, config, globalgroups. What do I do from here?

Add them to a group that has the access required. Go into the worlds folder and open users.yml. Copy an existing user and edit accordingly, create and entry for each fake user
