Nether portals not working

Hey guys,

Running tekkit server 3.1.1, haven't installed any other mods. Just tried to create a nether portal (made sure it was proper dimensions and all) and it isn't working. It is enabled in my server.prop, and I do not know where to look.

Could it be that I am running the latest Technic launcher build (3.1.1) to match the server and that build has a bug with generating nether portals?

Any help is appreciated!

Hmm seems that after restarting the server and a general level of frustration it started working again.

Yeah, the server software can be fishy sometimes. Always try a reboot before you post.
