grass no spawn in world

on new worlds of 3.1.1 the grass not spawn, i can make grass with bone meal.

any suggestion?

Specs off your computer and if it is server sided or in "single" player.

Do you use a texture pack and etc.

Try to include more information next time you have a problem.

I have the same problem, when I set up a tekkit server (3.1.1 or 3.1.2) theres no long grass!

I think it takes away all the beauty in minecraft. If there is a way to get long grass back, well then, SHARE IT WITH THE WORLD!

Sure you're not just in a biome that doesn't spawn much/any grass?

There is no long grass what so ever.

There are flowers, but NO long grass.

I think it may be the world creator thing.

I might just grab a single player world with long grass, and turn it into a multiplayer map.

Stop signing your posts, will you? It's written in the rules.

So, Tekkit SSP worlds have grass, but not the SMP? Strange. I guess taking a SSP world and putting it in SMP is the best.
