hostile345 Posted July 30, 2012 Posted July 30, 2012 Forestry has been gone for a while now, and i would like to suggest Minefactory Reloaded as a replacement, due to the absence of auto tree farms in the current version of technic as well as tekkit. In case the Technic guys are reading this, TehKrush has confirmed updates for 1.3, and i have inquired as to whether he will include the api that allows plants from other mods to be used in the machines. I will update this when I get a reply, but for now, I would like the idea to be out in the open. tl;dr, Forestry should be replaced with MFR for the 1.3 update, so auto tree farms can be in again. danidas Posted July 30, 2012 Posted July 30, 2012 Auto tree farms are easy with redpower frames/logic and their are countless other ways to make auto farms in tekkit. They just require a little bit of extra work and are not as simple as placing a single block to do it all for you. Quote

I'm new to redpower, and haven't played mc a lot bcuz, i FINALLY got a pc that could run it well (old one was a crap dell latitude from back when they preinstalled vista on pcs, nuff said.) thank you for the response, and lastly...
