World Anchors and Buildcraft Pumps

Hey,

I've got a setup going in a chunk far away that pumps lava through a buildcraft pump, puts it into buckets using deployers, crafts the lava buckets into lava cells and pumps the lava cells into an enderchest. The pipes appear to work fine as I can see the buckets being pumped in and out of the enderchest containing the empty cells and buckets, however they never seem to be pumped into it containing lava. When I go to the pumping setup, the buckets then fill with lava and the process works correctly again.

I am using world anchors to keep the chunks loaded but it seems that they are not keeping the buildcraft pumps operational.

Maybe i'm missing something here so could anyone give any information on this?
