EvilOwl Posted September 16, 2015 Share Posted September 16, 2015 (edited) A dedicated host. That's nice. Your DynamicLights mod is not installed correctly. The jar file should be extracted from the zip (from the mods directory inside) along with the UpdateCheckerMod. That disabled directory I'm unsure of. IIRC disabled mods should have the name format like mod-version.jar.disabled so you can remove that additional .disabled extension when needed.
