NEED HELP PLAYING ON A SERVER PLEASE READ

Hey guys I need help. I just got tekkit cause it looks cool and when i try and go on a server it says "Must Have Forge Build #136+ (4096 fix) To play on this server" Please Help Thanks

Check what build the server is, then check your mod pack build, chances are you'll need to update to a different build

How do i update a build i just started using tekkit as you may have noticed :P

Ah, you simply open the technic launcher, click options, select manual build selection, and then select the build the server runs, so if its a 3.1.2 server, you would select the 3.1.2 build, simples!
