install stalling and crashing

Having issues with downloading the current updates and i know im not the only one there's a decent amount of chatter running around on the blightfalls main page but no one is really saying how to fix it. just like the others i get so far into my instal then crash out at the same point every time. 

I have uninstalled and deleted everything technic and still crash at the same progress point when i try to install this pack. if i go to 2.12 im fine but 2.13 and 2.14 both crash at the commons-compress-v1.8.1-copy-zip and all i get is this message.

ok i clicked the link you posted tried putting my log into it and it just open up the log and i cant exit it.= without completely deleting it. sorry i know im a newb at this

You open http://paste.ubuntu.com paste your log in the blue text field, type your nick in the red text field, hit the Paste button (yellow), wait a bit so the site does it's thing and then you copy the address (it should look like http://paste.ubuntu.com/11710153/) from the new page it shows and paste it to the post editor in here

yah i figured that out as soon i got your post ok 1 sec  try this again

yah all it it doing is opening up the file when i copy my log over to the middle box that asking for it. so im unable to hit the final button. only way to get it back it seems is to delete the log that i just inserted. i hate not being a computer wiz at times lol

You open your log file in something like notepad, select all the text, right click it and hit copy, then you do the thing I mentioned here

Can you use the "Delete pack" button on the Blightfall modpack page in the launcher and download it again?

Report if that helps. Your launcher tried to use a weird Blightfall version (that's not there) and I really don't know why atm.

I think it was a temporary glitch in technic's solder. It now shows the correct builds for Blightfall.
