Title: Dupe key binding, making features annoying.

Description of Problem:
After I've updated to 3.1.2, I've noticed using F9 for chunk loader boundaries is a bit bugged. Seeing that three things new uses the same key. ccSensors being the one most annoying.
Maybe take a long and hard look on the keybindings in a future release, and make a choice somewhere to use unique keys.
