Title: Anti-Aliasing Option Has Disappeared And Blue Lines Have Appeared

Description of Problem:
My option "Anti-Aliasing" has disappeared and strange blue lines have appeared around my blocks. So far I have also figured out that this error is appearing in vanilla minecraft. The way I fixed it on normal Minecraft I installed the Optifine Standard mod. So when I try to install Optifine standard to my tekkit. I get and Error Message that I have posted below. So when I log back in my Tekkit is than turned into vanilla minecraft. I have deleted the Tekkit folder and tried again many times but nothing has worked. Any suggestions on my next move? Note:I have noticed that Optifine is already installed but it does not include the "Anti-Aliasing" option.
