You'll need to download a tekkit bukkit server from here http://www.technicpack.net/tekkit/

Then just paste the world files (Nether and overworld folders) into the server directory and use the launch.bat to start it up. If it's easier find a friend who knows what they're doing and play with them, it is made for multiplayer !
