Title: Wireless redstone not working

Version: 3.1.2

OS: windows 32 bit

Java Version: java 32

Description of Problem:

On my self run server the wireless redstone seems to not be working at all, even when it does transmits a signal it doesn't leave the receiver's

Error Messages:

I don't have an error message for that it doesn't show up on either side (client and server)

Yes i've tried all of the above, none of it works and as something i noticed is that the numbers on the wireless redstone flickers in a random fashion but is always under a second for sure. I've even tried to go farther out and seen if that works. is it possible that i need to get a plugin for it to work?

I was asking if you were trying to transmit on frequency 0 because frequency 0 is basically the "Don't send/receive" frequency, as far as I can tell.

I've done some more testing and found that 100 and under seems to work fine and properly, but anything over bugs out and doesn't respond properly. i had 101 reciever sending out a redstone signal when the transmitter wasn't even turned on.
