spoutcraft didnt update (update failded) now nether tekkit nor technic works

Description of Problem:

when the update of spoutcraft came out i updated it but it said it failed now when i try go on tekkit it says it has only loaded 3 mods?

The same happened to me

I updated spoutcraft and i cant go on servers

and now I cant downgrade
