techniclauncher.exe dosent do anything

When clearing out junk i deleted the .techniclauncher files and when i tried to run the new technic laucher it doesn't do anything.     

i have tried running it and leaving it for 30 minutes and nothing happens and i also did the same with the run using administrator and still nothing happened.

".techniclauncher" ? The launcher makes a ".technic" directory.

Download a new launcher version from here: http://technicpack.net/download

Run it and tell me what do you see.

I have tried using the download link you advised and still nothing. no files are created or the launcher wont launch

have you nuked the entire file?

i restored the files but the launcher still doesn't work

did you nuke the entire technic files, or just .techniclauncher files

Yes I deleted both of them

and you redownloaded afterwards correct?
