Mod Select still grayed out even after following -common problems- thread

Launcher Version: 3.1.2

Operating System: Windows 7 64-bit

Java Version: 1.7.0_05

Antivirus Program: avast!

Description of Problem:

Mod Select is grayed out. I went through the solution in the sticky thread, ensuring Notepad was used as the default for configuration files.

You can see the grayed-out option, all configuration files use notepad, and notepad is the default as per the instruction in the common problems thread.

It's broken. You have to delete mods by hand if you don't want them. At some point in the next, say, 2 years, Kaker may get around to updating that post. :)

I love everything in the pack except Thaum, and too much stuff from Mo Creatures causes lag. Being able to disable those would be magical, but alas. Kaker pl0x fix <3

Mo'creatures is easy just go to your mods folder and delete it.

Same problem, except mine isn't grayed out, I can click it just nothing comes up. I don't even want to disable anything either, I just want to make sure everything is turned to on as I seem to be missing parts of the mod :/
