Most of the mods crash on Windows 10

When i try and launch a mod it crashes.I have try it on Tekkit Legends and Blightfall and both crash no when i launch the game.Also I'm on windows 10 and my drivers are up to date and it does work on mt brother's computer that has windows 7. I'm not to shoure if it is only windows 10 users that gets this. Her is the crash report. So can you guys and girls plz help me.
