Need to download an older version of the launcher

Can someone point me to a link where I can download the client launcher for version 3.0.3? I need this one for a server that I play on.

open your launcher, go to options and manually select 3.0.3

Me and my friend have a 3.1.3 server running, but since we built a querry, neither of us can go on the server because it keeps on crashing. So because of that, I made the server 3.0.4, but now we can't get on to that version because when we select, "3.0.4," in the options, only 3 mods load. When we try to go on with the 3.1.3 version, it says it is missing mods. What can we do?

I just posted this in a different thread, but incase people look at this, this option should work.

"click the clear cache option under options, it'll clear all the mod files so when you login, it'll update again and download all the right ones."
