Industrial Miner Posted August 15, 2012 Posted August 15, 2012 You can update minecraft. It doesn't affect Technic/Tekkit or any other pack provided through the launcher.
Northern Star Posted August 15, 2012 Posted August 15, 2012 It will not affect Minecraft at all. Tekkit/Technic uses a separate file in %appdata% to save everything. It is .techniclauncher, and the Minecraft one is .minecraft.
