Want to ban redmatter armor using noitems but its not working. Using PermissionsEX

Hey ive been trying to ban redmatter armor via noitems but the permissions don't seem to be working. I just put the nouse permission for a red matter helmet in my permissions.

I'm not familiar with NoItem becuase I use disablecraft, but I'd assume you'd use a node similar to a NoHave or NoCraft. Something that restricts a player from having it in their inventory or creating it in the first place. The use node is typically used when someone is using an item ie: bonemeal on trees.

They're both decent plugins and both have their uses. DisableCraft has the option to flat-out ban items on a server or to ban based on permissoins. Typically I just ban crafting flat-out and if I want an item to be available, I just remove the ModifyWorld permissions to restrict having the item to the appropriate ranks and sell the items through the admin shop.
