World Converter

I've looked a few places and I haven't actually seen where it tells me to put the world converter maybe I've just missed it but could somebody please direct me in where to put my world converter file so it works?

It doesn't really matter where you put the World Converter file itself, as you only use it once and have to tell it where the world files are anyway.

The world converter is a program you run on your world folder on a local machine. It is not a server addon.
