Default spawn rate info for ores

I'm using Terrain Control and I need to add the IC2 and RP2 ores/trees manually. Where could I find the default spawn rates and altitude? I assume it's somewhere in one of the server files but I haven't been able to find it.

I have been wanting the exact same information myself, but i havent been able to locate it.

For RP ores: Around iron level

For RP trees:you can only find them in jungles now

For IC everywhere :D
