Error Just Started Causing Disconnects; Can't Reconnect w/o Server Restart

Hi there,

I'm a Server OP of a Tekkit 3.1.2 server and in the last 10 minutes I've been getting this error: http://pastebin.com/wCjcGJhB which causes me (no one else) to dc and then no one can reconnect (server shows up as Can't Connect to Server or Communication Error in my launcher) until I restart the server.

Some of my players have also been getting a strange number of disconnects due to read timeouts and end of stream exceptions since I had my server upgraded last night.
