I don't have stuff like crafting table III, electric engines,and tin gears. what's wrong???

Crafting Table III was removed in Tekkit 3.1.1; Electric Engines and Tin Gears are part of Forestry, which was removed in Tekkit 3.

You could always add forestry back in to the pack manually, but judging by your thread title and main post, I don't feel it would help much to explain it again. :/
