0 DanielJin Posted August 21, 2012 Posted August 21, 2012 Have you tried putting MV transformers though all powe supplies? Give every machine MV.
0 Shronin Posted August 22, 2012 Posted August 22, 2012 Have you tried putting MV transformers though all powe supplies? Give every machine MV. Having the same issue and have done that, running an mfsu, into a MV transformer into an MFE and everything IC2 works (induction furnace and basic machines with transformer upgrades) but no advanced machines work.
0 Ranil Posted August 22, 2012 Author Posted August 22, 2012 A way that does work is fueling both the MFSU and the machines through the same wire, but that only makes the machines run off the solar panels or nuclear reactor. If you try to make the MFSU's output power, it just explodes most of the stuff.
0 Shronin Posted September 8, 2012 Posted September 8, 2012 So this is still happening, all advanced ic2 machines drain massive amounts of power and do not work
0 Wooden_axe Posted September 9, 2012 Posted September 9, 2012 they run on LV, if you want them to run on anything else, you will have to put transformer upgrades in them
0 efflandt Posted September 9, 2012 Posted September 9, 2012 What the OP is referring to as "Advanced Machines" are not, so that may be the misunderstanding. Extractor, macerator, and electric furnace are standard machines (32 EU/t max.). Without transformer upgrade(s) inserted in them, they need LV transformer from MFE, or MV and LV transformers from MFS.
0 Wooden_axe Posted September 9, 2012 Posted September 9, 2012 he is referring to the "advanced machines" mod that add things like the centrifugal extractor, they are bugged to not explode and simply keep sucking power, because they are supposed to explode and not suck power
