Weird Crash

I crashed and its not letting me back on, so i decide to deinstall the pack and reinstall it but what happens is this Comes up (Error installing the following pack: Tekkit Classic

An Error occoured while attempting to delete C:\Users\Guest\AppData\Roaming\.technic\modpacks\tekkit\mods\AdvancedMachines_4.0_client.zip from the cache:

Please Check your System Settings. But i never deleted anything it just shut me out pls help

I found it! Java platform SE binary is still running. You need to open task manager and make sure every java process is closed. It should work then
