DXWarlock Posted August 24, 2012 Share Posted August 24, 2012 Cant find any sites for the modem at all, that deal with its setup. But Im thinking its not the modem. if it worked before. Its probably some peice of software/pre-install/bloatware that came with the PC. Since you have mcafee on it and it came with it. there is probably other protection/access program 'software' on it blocking it. New pc's are HORRIBLE for coming with 4000 programs you dont need pre-installed in the hopes that you like it and will buy the full version.
